Assisted Places at Albion knitting school

At Albion, we believe talent should never be limited by financial circumstance. Expanding access and nurturing creative potential sits at the heart of why this school exists.
To help ensure opportunity is not defined by means, one assisted place is offered on each course for a student who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial constraints.
Our Founder, Christian Murphy, explains why this commitment matters:
“I didn’t realise how important my education was to me until I was nearly 40. And I was fortunate enough to be given opportunities to learn that I otherwise would not have had. If it wasn’t for those opportunities, given who I was and where I came from in the world, I don’t know where I’d be, to be honest. And that’s why this matters. Because, we might not know it yet, but we can change lives with this school.” — Christian Murphy, Founder
Education can alter confidence, direction and possibility. We know there are aspiring knitwear designers, product developers and programmers with exceptional potential who simply need access.
If you are passionate about knitwear and require financial support to participate in one of our courses, we warmly encourage you to apply.
