We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all standard deliveries (UK & NI only). This service includes full tracking and aims to deliver your order within 48 hours of dispatch.
Dispatch Times:
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday.
If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail with your tracking details, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
As all of our yarn is wound to your specific order requirements, regrettably we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been processed. Please ensure you have checked your measurements and product selection carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to wind all yarns to one single length, however on occasion this may not be possible due to the limited availability of some of our yarns. If your order quantity must be supplied in more than one length, we accommodate a small excess to allow for joining.
In most cases, yarns are sold as-is*, and due to limited availability we cannot guarantee dye lot or batch consistency. If consistency is important for your project, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

At this time, we are unable to offer samples due to the limited availability of our yarns. However, we provide detailed photos* and descriptions to help you make informed choices before making a purchase. For more information about a particular yarn please contact our Yarn Store team.
